Modern Roots

When I started out as a designer, I was much more into modern design... As I have moved on and started working on my own, I find my tastes to be more eclectic, colorful, filled with goodies and treasures. I used to subscribe to Dwell Magazine, but I stopped renewing when I found that I was moving away from that look. I recently went to an event hosted by Dwell and found a home in the magazine that totally spoke to me.
The pink chairs and colorful rug are a great contrast to the dark wood.

LOVE the Tom Dixon Beat lights. I posted on those Beat lights back in '08 - and I'm still in love!
