These are our moments, whether we choose to live them is our choice. These are our seconds, whether wasted or spent well. These are our days, observed with our skin, and pointed out with our reflection, we blink in the mirror…and wonder, am I in the favor of time, or is it only loyal to pain. The mirror does not know you; it is you that tells it what you are.
My thoughts are indeed your thoughts, because truly we all wish for the same thing. Then in saying it is no new thought to our minds that we must prepare. But why make preparations for an unknown event. Every event causes for alertness, bodily training, tactical rhythm, and most importantly, you knowing what to do if an event passes. You all want to be leaders so bad, that hero that steps in and saves the day. Your tongue dies in thirst for it, but you can only drink enough to cure your thirst, only for a minute shall you hold it.
Holding and keeping a spot in leadership consist of possessing all of the ultimate qualities in which to lead, being:
Perseverance-steadfast in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.
Strength- the quality in state or being strong in particular. Having power to perform daily physical task.
Speed- rapidly in movement and action.
Wisdom- the quality of having experience, good judgment.
Knowledge- information and skills acquired by a person through experience or education, the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject.
Tactics- an action or strategy planned to achieve a specific end.
Love- a leader must have love, particularly for those in which he leads.
Without love he is nothing, his reign cease to exist among his people. His rod stops growing. In saying, if a women were to love you, and you were to love her reflectively. Then suddenly her love for you ceases, and you knowing of this your love slowly decreases. Like that of followers.
New leaders are chosen amongst the Avery Square every 2 years. 4 leaders are appointed to fill in each end of the square; the head two leaders will remain in reign for 3 years. Until of course voted out of section.

1. The duties of the Ahis is observe his men, build up strategy to reach the present goal. Make sure all laws of the council are carried on accordingly. Ensure pleasurable tranquility within the Avery Square. Plan all building processes. And later help to maintain a rightful incoming salary of the Avery Square.
2. The duties of Amises are to ensure that the Ahis is well taken care of, carry out his blessings. Ensure pleasurable tranquility within the Avery Square. Recruit all members within the Avery Square, and be of advisor to the Ahis.
3. The duties of Exidist, are to help maintain secrecy. Allow neither positive of negative out coming of the Avery Square. Ensure pleasurable tranquility within the Avery Square.
4. The duties of Saviian are to plan an outcome to public negativity or positive. His overall duty is to bring in comments from the Dimon.
The Dimon
The Dimon are an un-numbered group of men dedicated to serving the council of the Avery Square. They act as pawns, doing work for the 4 rulers. And later succeeding to the top. When one dimon shows ultimate leadership amongst his people his acts are recongnized and acknowledged by Saviian. Saviian then later as of observing reports his observation to Amises, who then on reports to the Ahis.

The Goal
We are men dedicated to the life of long living. Our prime existence is to make our goals within reality. Whether it be an evil goal, or a good goal. We are men not dedicated to evil nor good for we are in between and choose only to stay in between. We are a rich foundation, with may powerful men as Dimons. With us anything is truly possible, we only wish to make your goal our goal.
