Off the Beaten Path

While I LOVE traditional goodies like Louis XVI chairs, I go bananas for some beautiful avant-garde pieces. Particularly when the two are mixed together (but that's a whole other blog posting.)

This stool by Herve Van Der Straeten, carried at Ralph Pucci showroom (featured in C Magazine) would be gorgeous in a room with a Louis XVI settee. And that red coral wall mirror transcends the coral trend!

Fashion-wise, I tend to play it safe, but this ruffled Vera Wang wedding gown is totally an Off-the-Beaten-Path choice for brides.
